Learn the RSA way you'll pass fast and pay less doing it.
Learn in Glasnevin with RSA School of Motoring Leinster, or return for the skills you need next. We offer manual and automatic tuition, single hours and EDT packages. Tell us about your experience before deciding which option to book.
Manual lessons help you understand the controls and use them as part of a safe drive. The instructor can demonstrate a task and explain what to watch for. You can repeat it with feedback, then use that skill alongside observation and planning.
Book manual lessons ↗
Our automatic tuition option suits someone who expects to drive an automatic car. Beginners can start in one, and learners with manual experience can change over. Explain what you have practised so the next lesson begins at a useful level.
Book automatic lessons ↗Ask us about lesson availability and booking options for Glasnevin. We can help you choose the next step for your experience level.
We provide the standard twelve one-hour EDT sessions and smaller blocks for continuing learners. Bring any existing logbook before choosing further hours. If your record is unclear, checking MyEDT can help establish which sessions have been uploaded.
During the EDT programme, ask for feedback that you can use between appointments. A clear task is easier to practise than a vague aim to improve everything. Tell your instructor what you managed to work on before the next session.
Pre-test tuition gives you an assessment and feedback ahead of your appointment. Finglas is listed in the current RSA directory. Share the date and exact venue from your booking, and say whether you also want to discuss a test car.
Because not all Glasnevin driving schools are made equal. The National Botanic Gardens in Glasnevin are on Botanic Road. Your own road or full address is the useful detail when arranging a lesson start. Include any time constraints so the instructor can check the arrangement with you.
Choose your county ↗
Explain what you want to be able to do with your driving, as well as how many lessons you have taken. The instructor can assess the skills involved. Use that feedback to decide whether you need another hour, more practice or a package.
