Lessons in Stepaside can help you get started or develop skills you've already learned. Tell the Leinster lesson team whether you need EDT, general tuition or preparation for a test date. We'll discuss the transmission and timing before agreeing the booking.
Manual driving lessons cover the pedals and gears alongside the decisions you make outside the car. If you expect to drive a manual, learning in one keeps that training relevant. Tell your instructor what practice you've had so the session starts at the right level.
Book manual lessons ↗
Our automatic tuition options suit learners choosing a car without manual gear changes, including those switching from manual tuition. You'll work on speed control and observation as well as steering. Ask about availability around your preferred days before planning a regular routine.

EDT consists of twelve one-hour sessions for learners taking the full course. Each topic gives the lesson a defined purpose. Bring details of earlier sessions so your instructor can check what's complete and what's still required.
The twelve-session EDT guide helps you understand each topic before the session and prepare useful questions for your instructor. After the lesson, choose one point to revisit with your sponsor. Clear practice goals make progress easier to discuss.
A pre-test lesson offers an assessment and feedback before your appointment. Contact us with the date, centre and transmission. If Dun Laoghaire/Deansgrange is on your booking, use that exact location when planning. Arrange time to work on any points raised afterwards.
Because not all Stepaside driving schools are made equal. Enniskerry Road links the named Stepaside Park and St Patrick's Park areas. Give us the street or estate you mean when asking about a start. Precise details help us agree a meeting place, particularly if you're coming from outside Stepaside.
Choose your county ↗
Ask for feedback that you can use on the next attempt. A cue such as checking earlier can be tried and discussed immediately. Once it becomes consistent, your instructor can help you apply the skill in a different situation.
