Learn the RSA way you'll pass fast and pay less doing it.
Arrange driving lessons in Ballyedmond around the skills you need next. We offer manual and automatic tuition to discuss, alongside EDT and test preparation. Contact RSA School of Motoring Leinster with your experience and preferred times so we can check suitable lesson arrangements.
Manual lessons give you practice using gears and clutch control while keeping your attention outside the car. If you expect to drive a manual, that training stays relevant. Tell your instructor about the car you practise in and which controls feel unfamiliar.

Our automatic lesson service let you learn without changing gears yourself, while keeping the focus on observation and judgement. They can suit a new learner or someone changing transmission. Check instructor availability before choosing a regular day for lessons.

The full EDT course contains twelve one-hour sessions, each covering a defined topic. Bring your permit and any earlier record so your instructor can review your progress. The next lesson should have a purpose you understand before you begin.
You can use the EDT topic guide to see how the topics fit together and prepare questions for your instructor. Between sessions, work on the agreed priority with your sponsor. Keep a short note of what still needs explaining.
A pre-test lesson helps you assess readiness before the appointment. Tell us your booked centre, date and transmission when enquiring. Gorey is listed in the RSA directory, but your own confirmation determines where you attend. Ask about tuition early enough to act on the feedback.
Because not all Ballyedmond driving schools are made equal. Ballyedmond is on the R741, with Wells House and Gardens a named landmark in the area. If you're outside the village itself, include your address when enquiring. That helps us agree a clear starting arrangement rather than relying on a landmark alone.
Choose your county ↗
Ask your instructor to explain how the view ahead affects your speed choice. The aim is to leave time for a decision before you reach the situation. Practise that sequence consistently, then discuss what changed when the road felt less familiar.
