Learn the RSA way you'll pass fast and pay less doing it.
Camolin driving lessons are available in manual and automatic cars, with single hours and EDT packages to choose from. Tell us what you've done so far and when you can practise. We can discuss the next useful lesson and confirm the starting arrangement before you arrive.
Our manual tuition builds control through explanation and practice. You'll learn to use the clutch and gears while keeping your attention on the road. Tell the instructor if one movement feels awkward. An adjusted explanation or another demonstration can help you understand the task before trying again.
Book manual lessons ↗
An automatic driving lesson may suit you if the car you'll use regularly has no manual gear changes. Lessons cover the controls, observation and judgement together. Ask how to prepare for the first hour. A clear introduction lets you concentrate on driving rather than guessing how the car works.
Book automatic lessons ↗Ask us about lesson availability and booking options for Camolin. We can help you choose the next step for your experience level.
Book standard EDT as a package or continue with individual sessions if you have already started. The course consists of twelve one-hour lessons. Bring your current logbook and tell us about any previous instructor. Your record helps avoid confusion over the sessions still to complete.
Choose supervised practice that supports the latest lesson. If the instructor has asked you to work on a particular check, make that the aim. You can discuss the results next time. Progress is easier to follow when the task stays clear.
Pre-test tuition gives you a chance to assess your driving before the appointment. Use our pre-test lesson guide to understand the lesson and car-hire options before contacting us with your centre details. Gorey appears in the current RSA directory. The booking should follow the centre and time on your confirmation.
Because not all Camolin driving schools are made equal. Main Street is the R772 through Camolin, while Grove Road leads towards the Coillte woodland. The village and woodland entrance are different starting references. Give your exact address or agree a meeting point when enquiring. That helps us discuss a lesson arrangement that fits where you actually are.
Choose your county ↗
The first conversation with the RSA Leinster team can help you decide whether one hour or a package matches your needs. Explain your practice arrangements, previous lessons and goal. You might need a course from the beginning or work on one remaining skill. The booking can reflect that difference.
The EDT: a guide ↗ Preparation for the driving test ↗Our current advertised price is €53.27 for a one-hour manual lesson and €61.41 for a one-hour automatic lesson. The twelve-lesson EDT package is €587.95 in manual or €659.24 in automatic, with twelve one-hour sessions. Lessons include an ADI-registered instructor, a dual-controlled car and agreed local pickup. We check instructor availability and agree the pickup point before booking in Camolin. See current lesson prices and packages.
Think about the car you expect to drive and the one available for practice. Tell us your preference and experience so we can discuss the appropriate tuition.
Give the full address when enquiring. We will check the starting area and agree the meeting point rather than assume every location has the same arrangement.
Ask your instructor for a task linked to the lesson and practise it with your sponsor. Bring questions and feedback to the next session so the work can be reviewed.
