Learn the RSA way you'll pass fast and pay less doing it.
Our Castlebridge lessons cover the first steps, the full EDT course and preparation for a driving test. Choose manual or automatic and tell us what you've done so far. We'll check an instructor and agree the lesson arrangements with you.
RSA School of Motoring Leinster
Manual lessons combine car control with the decisions needed on the road. Your instructor can work through starts, stops and gear choice before adding more demanding tasks. In Castlebridge, the R741 and Crossabeg Road give different approaches to the village; clear observation matters whichever direction you take.
Book manual lessons ↗
Learn in an automatic if that is the car you expect to drive. Our tuition covers positioning, junctions, speed and safe observation without manual gear changes. You can start with one hour, then discuss a longer block once your needs are clear.

Book automatic lessons ↗Ask us about lesson availability and booking options for Castlebridge. We can help you choose the next step for your experience level.
We offer the twelve one-hour sessions of standard EDT with an approved instructor. You'll have a record of completed sessions and feedback on what to practise next. Existing learners should bring their current logbook.
Use the gaps between sessions to work on the skills your instructor identifies. If practice time is limited, say so when making the lesson plan. That is useful information when deciding the pace.
A pre-test lesson helps you prepare with specific feedback on your driving. For a test booked in Wexford, send the exact centre, date and transmission. Tell us whether you want tuition only or the pre-test and test-car hire package.
Because not all Castlebridge driving schools are made equal. The R741 runs through Castlebridge, with Crossabeg Road meeting it near the village centre. Castlebridge House and the Reading Rooms are local landmarks. Giving your street or Eircode helps distinguish the village core from addresses on its approaches when arranging lessons.

If you already drive with an accompanying driver, use that experience in your lessons. Explain which tasks you manage on your own and where you still need prompts. Your instructor can then give feedback on the decisions as well as the controls.
The EDT: a guide ↗ Preparation for the driving test ↗Our current advertised price is €53.27 for a one-hour manual lesson and €61.41 for a one-hour automatic lesson. The twelve-lesson EDT package is €587.95 in manual or €659.24 in automatic, with twelve one-hour sessions. Lessons include an ADI-registered instructor, a dual-controlled car and agreed local pickup. Yes. The single-lesson option is one hour. Tell us your starting address and preferred times so we can check an automatic instructor before agreeing the booking.
Tell your instructor when planning the course. EDT feedback identifies skills to practise between sessions, and the lesson plan should take your actual practice opportunities into account. Completing the sessions does not by itself show that you're ready for a test.
Ask for tuition only and explain what needs work. If you later need a test car, give us the appointment details so we can check that separately. A lesson booking on its own does not include test-day hire.
Tell us your Castlebridge starting point and whether you're beginning, continuing or preparing for a test.
