Learn the RSA way you'll pass fast and pay less doing it.
Our Delgany lessons cover new drivers, learners partway through EDT and people preparing for a test. Choose manual or automatic tuition and tell us what you need next. Single hours let you begin without choosing a large package. Lesson times and the starting place are agreed when booking.
Manual lessons give you practice using the clutch and gears while keeping your attention outside the car. We can work on smooth changes, controlled stops and moving away. If you watch your hand when changing gear, mention it. Your instructor can help you build a more useful habit.
Book manual lessons ↗
Choosing tuition in an automatic car removes manual gear changes from the lesson, which can suit the car you expect to drive. It leaves plenty to learn about judgement and observation. Bring questions about the controls before the car moves. Understanding them first makes the practical work easier to follow.
Book automatic lessons ↗Ask us about lesson availability and booking options for Delgany. We can help you choose the next step for your experience level.
EDT tuition covers the twelve standard one-hour sessions, with packages and single hours available. Tell us whether you're beginning the course or continuing an existing record. Bring your logbook to the lesson. It helps the instructor connect the session with previous feedback and practice.
Try to leave each lesson with a clear practice task. You might work on an observation sequence or smoother use of the controls. Supervised practice gives you time to repeat it. Report any difficulty at the next session so the explanation can be adjusted.
Book a driving test preparation lesson to review your driving and decide what needs attention before the test. The current RSA directory includes Wicklow. Use the centre named on your appointment when enquiring. Preparation should fit your actual booking, including any car-hire arrangement you need confirmed.
Because not all Delgany driving schools are made equal. Christ Church Delgany stands on Church Road, while Chapel Road is a separate local road. Use the correct name when arranging your first lesson. Give an address or clear agreed meeting point rather than just a landmark. That keeps the practical arrangement clear before tuition begins.
Choose your county ↗
At RSA School of Motoring, the next lesson can focus on a specific goal rather than simply adding another hour. Tell us whether you want to start EDT, return to driving or assess test readiness. Your instructor can explain the work involved and help you choose the next step.
